No obligation and no payment is required until we have assessed the details provided in the form to ensure your suitability for group classes or private consults. Once a booking has been confirmed we will discuss payment during our first contact.
Understandably we are unable to accommodate dogs with aggressive or serious behavioural issues in our group classes. Private consultations are available as an ideal option if you have a dog that is needing some extra attention to work through challenging behaviours that may not be suitable for groups right now. If you are unsure, please reach out so we can discuss your individual situation and suitability for our programs.
All Puppy Classes, Private Puppy Consults, & Private Puppy Packages include membership into our Pup Club ! Fun adventures, socialisation and play events to give your puppy the ultimate start in life !

Our initial consultation consists of an in-depth assessment of your dog including profiling.
We look at all of the aspects that make up your dog, not just one behaviour or their breed. We know there is so much more that makes your dog who they are.
Using the LEGS model we consider how everything works together to make your dog who they are- Learning, Environment, Genetics, Self
Suitable for new puppy, basic training, advanced training, new or rescue dog, behaviour assessments, and much more.

Focusing on the best start for puppies aged 8-18weeks this package runs over 4 weeks in your home.
There is also option for sessions to incorporate activities out & about to ensure your puppy has the correct socialisation and is supported with their development.
